Eye2Tap MiniPages is a proprietary platform that allows users to create personal mini profile pages with customizable links, backgrounds, and social integrations. The Service is owned and operated by Need Eye Exam PLLC.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using Eye2Tap, you represent that you meet this requirement.

1.4 User Accounts

We do not claim ownership of your content.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

2.1 Information We Collect

Account information: Username, email address, display name, password (hashed).
Profile information: Bio, avatar, cover photo, social links, theme preferences.
Content: Posts, links, comments, and messages you create.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service.
To display your public MiniPage to visitors.
To enable social features (following, messaging, notifications).
To improve and develop the Service.

2.3 Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
Your public MiniPage (profile, links, bio) is visible to anyone with the URL.
Private messages are only visible to the sender and recipient.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

2.4 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

2.5 Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

2.6 Cookies

The Service uses localStorage to maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Property

The Eye2Tap name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Need Eye Exam PLLC.
The source code is proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
The visual design, user interface, and user experience are protected by copyright.

3.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and post on Eye2Tap. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEED EYE EXAM PLLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Need Eye Exam PLLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any rights of any third party.
Content you post or share through the Service.

7. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Eye2Tap infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

Identification of the copyrighted work.
Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service.
Your contact information.
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
Your signature (physical or electronic).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
